A Surrey City Centre voice we support: Amna Shah
Local service and elected experience shape this Canadian election endorsement.
Global Voice Hub backs Shah in this specific B.C. riding. Her volunteer history and legislative tenure form a verifiable basis for our view.
The public record behind our choice
The Province of B.C. biography records Shah’s earlier volunteer and board service with the Surrey Food Bank. Elections BC’s 2024 statement of votes records her election in Surrey City Centre. These are the starting points for our editorial judgment.
The provincial biography also lists responsibilities in mental health and addictions, anti-racism initiatives, and government caucus work. We value that experience and support Shah for another term representing Surrey City Centre.
This is our preference, not an election forecast. Voters can assess every candidate using Elections BC’s official 2026 candidate list. For a source-linked account that is separate from this opinion, read our Amna Shah public-record profile.
